There was a Neon Plate back there. When they put it back together they put the neon on wrong then put the plate on after it. We have not used the lights on that car until today and when they are turned on the plate comes on. this time ( because of it being installed wrong - the neon cover for the plate was BEHIND the plate ... not in front ) it got hot and when she parked it it had enough heat there to burn.
