Aw, I hate this ****. My condolences.
But you have left out the crucial piece of information: would you like to keep this frame? Obviously it's not worth what you paid for it (including shipping) and I presume you wish you hadn't bought it, but if the price were right, is it something you'd like to keep and possibly repair? What would you pay for it at a yard sale?
