Only got 30 minutes on the rollers, since I have to head out. 2x 10minute intervals plus 5 warmup and 5 rest inbetween. The 5minute deals were mostly playing around...no hands, standing, spinups. Amazing how quick that sort of thing comes back on the rollers.
