+1, almost certainly not a Reparto Corse frameset. Yes, the fork does appear to be a Unicrown model. The Mirage rear derailleur is circa 2002/2003. Strange that he says it has Veloce gears and brakes when the rear derailleur is clearly a Mirage. Also, it's strange for the rear derailleur to be a lower level than the brakes. Generally they are the same level or the derailleur is higher.
