SLEEP - very important. You need 8 - 12 hours of sleep each night. I think we all need to work on this, even myself.

DIET - when you are in a hard training program, it is pertinent to make sure you are eating ENOUGH and that you are eating HEALTHY. If you're not eating the right foods to rebuild muscle and replenish energy stores, you will feel very weak.

MENTAL - just make sure that you are enjoying your training, varying your routes, etc. Not having to do with physical things, don't FORCE yourself to train if you don't feel good. You should look forward to training (well most times heh). This doesn't mean slack off and don't do hard days either. Just take it easy if you feel you are being overwhelmed.

Anything else I'm missing anybody?
Sounds about right. Pay really close attention to your diet. Now that I'm back from college, I've been eating a lot of crap. As a result, I've been feeling very weak and couldn't understand why for a while. Sleep and your mental state are important, but without food, you aren't gonna get far enough on your bike to get either tired or sick of it.
