Did you get an answer on the sengyuan motors?
Closest I have found is Mindong Sheng Yuan Electromechanical Co. They keep popping up relative to Golden Motors, but I can't tell if they are a parent company. They make industrial electric motors and I know the "parent" company to Golden Motors makes electric washer motors.

If it happens to be a Golden Motor, I would stay away from it.
