Okay. To go a step furthur, is it normal for the chain to rub on the front deraileur when in the big ring in the front and the smallest (and second smallest) cog in the back? My Ultegra 9 double does this. I tried adjusting it to stop this but then I'd throw the chain when shifting from small to big. On an organised ride I went on there was a Shimano mechanic and took my bike to him. He adjusted it all and it still rubbed.
