+1 As a frequent seller, I have been scammed a few times by buyers as well. Last one complained that the gray shoes I sold were medium gray, rather than silver gray. Of course, I had full size pictures in my listing, give me a break. But a shrewd buyer knows that it is cheaper for the seller to give some consideration (partial refund), rather than take the item back. The only recourse I have had is to block these scammers from future auctions.
