Bikes: too many or not enough

Help id this frame - Motobecane or Peugeot?

I bought this bike for the parts (last generation super record). Now I am trying to figure out what this frame is. None of the components were original. Specs/info:
  • appears powder coated
  • Nervex Pro lugs
  • Simplex dropouts
  • 120mm rear spread
  • 28.2mm seat tube OD (metric 531 I think)
  • 26.4mm seat post
  • braze on above the BB derailleur cable guides
  • braze on shifter bosses (they don't look original, too clean)
  • two sets of bottle cage mounts (probably not original)
  • braze on top tube cable guides (original?)
  • braze on rear derailleur cable guide
  • no adjuster screws in dropouts
  • riveted serial # plate on BB
  • nutted brake mounts

I think this is maybe a Peugeot P something. Mid - late 70s maybe. I thought it might be a Motobecane Grand Jubile or Record but the top of the seat stays look like a Peugeot. I think the Nervex pro lugs were only used on the Peugeot P series bikes before 78.
