I'm ordering a Fizik Cyrano Carbon Post next week. I mounted the saddle and tightened it by "feel".
So far, it's been okay, but I won't be 100% secure until I have Fizik's post on my bike.
If you don't have a torque wrench to mount the saddle, I'd suggest getting one if you plan on doing a lot of work on your bike yourself.
Otherwise, take it to your LBS and have them mount it for you and you'll have total peace of mind.
My LBS would charge $10. for something like that.
