Funny, I was just thinking about biking as a kid on the ride home tonight. My sister and I coveted my Mom's Huffy with the "skinny tires"... now the handlebars from that Huffy are on my Lotus commuter. I was thinking of all the times as a kid when those handlebars were amazing, and here they are now and my own bike.

My first bike came from Sears... I remember I got to choose the tire color, which was very exciting. I picked Green tires and a white bike. My first "real" bike was a Trek Mountain bike, purchased from Ernie's. I remember getting fitted, it was unbelievable cool. I still go to Ernie's, I love that place and the owner is great.
