I've ever found for those wheels in the 2 years that I've owned them. (I bought mine from them).
You can always eBay the ones you have. (people will buy ANYTHING) Everything that you'd need is there.

As for the Avids I'd seriously consider the 8" at least up front. The extra power would be good for you considering you're about 80 or so lbs heavier than I am. I can get away with dual 6"ers.

As a newb.... probably not. Rest assured that they should last you longer than the Deore's and they are smoother (especially when used with matching shifters)
