Replaced the "Gran Sport" at the top of the Campagnolo lineup. The earlier ones have steel instead of plastic jockey wheels, which is one way to judge the age. They're not uncommon on ebay, and they have some value but not a ton. In good shape maybe $60-100, depending on the ebay whim of the day.
