It doesn't look bad in the picture but it is. You can kinda see the amout of rust between the crank arms. It's just a strange bike. The condition of the frame/fork but the rest of the parts like the cranks are really nice. The rear derailleur is spotless even though the dropouts paint is completely gone along with most of the chainstay. The frame is feels like 60cm but the bars are definitely under 40cm. I'm only 5'5" and use a 40cm bar but these are super narrow like those hipster fixie bars. lol. It was a total polished turd build. Toss some decent parts on to a haggered rusty frame.
