The Pro-Am sold for a retail price of $453 US in 1983.

Windsor never owned a factory, in Mexico or anywhere else. Windsor was a USA brand that had their bicycles contract manufactured in Mexico by Acer-Mex and later in Japan, probably by Tsunoda. The Star family, which owned the Windsor brand, also owned the Lotus brand.
