Where does chapstick, suntan lotion, insect repellent appear? Do you have matches to light the stove? How are you cleaning up from your cooking? Is your bike stuff on a different list?

Most parts of CA aren't that far away from civilization, that you can also easily decide to stop through a department store and pick up things you find missing. Also, if your trip is more than a week, I'd suggest planning to spread everything out after a five days or so and take a good look at things you haven't used. Stop by the next UPS/mailboxes etc store and mail those things home.
