if its your first real bike go to a bike shop. In all likelihood, unless you have a friend who is pretty good with bikes, you will miss something when assembling the bike or will have fit issues. It will cost more upfront but will likely be cheaper in the long run. A big part of what you are paying for at an actual shop is the knowledge and expertise that you don't have.
