Hygiene
  • small mouthwash - Skip
  • small soap and soap holder - Just use the shampoo
  • razor (disposables or one good refillable cartridge razor?) - Skip shaving
can I all this in a package? How should these things be organized? - in a big ziploc. Remember to put it in the bear box or hang it with the food where required.

Clothes
pajama pants (not silk, money's tight and I can't afford silk) - I'd skip these
4x boxers - I'd skip these too
4x socks (the idea behind 4 is that every 5th day can be a rest day to do laundry) - I usually take two or three pairs but wear them for several days
4x t-shirts - If you mean cotton I'd skip these too and take one synthetic one like maybe a Under Armor heat gear or similar.
one other pair of pants (not sure what kind, sweats, jeans, water-resistant?) - No sweats or jeans, nothing cotton. I like to use a pair of cheap lightweight zip off leg pants from Bass Pro Shops I think the brand is World Wide Sportsman and they are the nylon ones, but they don't feel like nylon. They have a built in mesh brief.
Add thin light weight rain jacket and pants. Personally I would skip the fancy stuff and get cheap packable coated nylon ones.

Sleep
pillow (suggestions?) - I take a small pillow from the fabric store. It is maybe 10x14", is more comfortable than any of the "camp pillows", only cost $7, and fits in the stuff sack with my sleeping bag. If you can stand to, you can save weight by using clothing or an inflatable pillow. I find the pillow worth the weight.
sleeping pad (Thermarest Z-lite) - Love my NeoAir, but it is expensive. Regular Thermarests are fine though. The Z-lite is a bit less than I require.
pajamas (any good suggestions for quality and affordability?) - Yeah, as I said skip them. Do take a pair of running shorts though. They are fine to sleep in, swim in, and just wear as shorts

okay, I can leave mouthwash but shaving is a necessity. I can shower without shaving and still feel dirty. Facial hair is just itchy and bothersome. Good thinking with the running shorts alternative. I'll check out a fabric store for the pillow, too.

For a lighter, I have a good zippo lighter, it's supposed to light up rain or wind but I don't smoke so I've never really tried it out.
