I look at power, cadence, distance and time. I break down the TT into manageable segments and focus on completing each one. I focus on how I feel and can I maintain the effort or increase it. I do not want my past knowledge of my FTP, other results or current measured power to be a limiter. My goal in a race is to set new highs with better energy management.
