Good news Bryan! Cool. Be sure not to cut your fork down and run your more standard size 200mm steerer...like I have BTW, still nice and big....and stack 20mm of spacers on top of the steerer...I have a bit more than that. If you feel like bringing the bars down even more...stack some of the spacers above the stem and ride before you cut because there is no going back. The devil is in the details when it comes to something as involved as making a great frame. If there is a onesy out there...you...there are likely many that have been sold to less particular riders. You just called them on it and your fairness was rewarded. Sadly beta testing...even with large companies....is performed all too frequently on the unsuspecting public...Microsoft and BMW being two noteable companies that release technology before it is proven and debugged at the inconvenience of its customers.
