I swap mine between TT and the supersix. It's BB30 so there's just the main bolt and a plastic retainer ring that's very easy to setup. Helps to have a torque wrench that can go up to 48-54nM. I got one at Home Depot that does 20-100 ft lbs and they have a hex set for 3/8" drive that has the 10mm you'll need. Swapping takes just a few minutes.
