Clan lee - It's funny you mentioned Storm Watch. When I first moved here from the Philippines 30 years ago, I was scratching my head when the news keep on saying Storm Watch. I look out the window when it's supposed to be pouring, only to compare the kind of "storm watch" we have back in the tropics and it's more like showers. After years being here I've learned to see it as a "storm watch" because I remember going back home after being here for 16 years the first time. I was like crying like a mofo thinking we were being barraged by bullets! LOL Freaking streets practically flooded up to the waist-line after 30 minutes of rain...
