A lot is going to depend on the market around you. Any universities or large cities nearby? The two things that are not going to help is the size and the time of year. Winter sucks for selling bikes often. Parts and/or framesets can be an easier sell since many people are looking for or finishing winter projects. Without any pics I personally would put it up between $50-100 for the frameset. Lower end if the paint is a little more beat up than regular wear and tear over the years.
Edit: And wait to put it up until after Christmas. Many people get money from relatives (I know I do) so they might be in a spending mood. I often do well on the local CL after Christmas and during the month of January.
