In this one thread you're considering a bike totally different than your initial criteria except for price. You need to test ride some bikes because you're basically willing to buy something blind. It's not clear that you know what size of bike to get or what your prefered standover height and handlebar reach is. The odd part about that ad is the bike size isn't mentioned. That's like trying to sell a "Ford" car without specifying the model. People fit on particular sized bikes so it makes no sense to buy a screaming deal if it doesn't fit.
