This year I was racing as a Cat 5 and did just enough (12) races to race next year as a Cat 4. But no worries, I'm O.F.S (old.fat.slow at 37 6'5 192lb) so those numbers are not that great. BTW I just started with cycling 3 years ago because I was too fat (January 2008 I was 245lb) and needed some exercise.
