I have that bike and have been incredibly happy with it. It rides really well and looks sharp. A lot of it has to do with the components- I got mine on a 2009 closeout, and the following model year they downgraded the components from 105/Ultegra mix to something else.

More than that, like any bike, just have her get on it and ride, see what she likes. If this is the one, then she'll know it and it will feel "right."
