albert, UH is right; she did this herself. And too many people use "the holidays" as an excuse to be stupid, rude, arrogant and condescending. Sometimes all at once...!
Sure, she was apologetic... until she saw HER damage, then it was an ISSUE. It was a truly appropriate slapdown to a foolish driver.
