right ? so your statement above doesnt make any sense to me.

I currently have several solar panels wired in parrellel...so the volts stays the same but the amps is higher, which results in higher wattage.

I currently have FOUR - 80 watt solar panels at 12 volts each....and about 6 amps each

if I wire them in series , I end up with 48 volts but no increase of amps or watts

if I wire them in parrellel I end up with 12 volts , but 24 amps { 4x6 = 24** and now my watts go up because the amps have increased...

how are you claiming that the watts wont go up when several solar panels are wired in parrellel?
