At least he's including shipping and a guy named "Manuel" to install the brakes for you! Now, how long you can keep him to wrench on other stuff on your bikes is a question you might bring up with the seller before doing the BIN thing.......hope the BIN includes two way plane tickest, clothes, food and at least a toothbrush for the guy........
