No.

You can probably safely disregard it, and go with however much feels right. Some days that will be ninety minutes, other days it may be zero minutes.

As for "how much exercise you "need"--this is a highly politicised subject, and there is much conflicting data.

There is considerable evidence that body weight is determined almost entirely by genetics, and that conscious decisions one makes only temporarily impact it.
