You guys are a bargain. As a consulting professional engineer, my labor rate is $175 / hr with a minimum charge of $600, and that's just to shake your hand. On a job this complex, I'd require at least 20 hours to carefully evaluate the situation, locate the proper tools and make sure they were all within spec, take copious photos of the as-is condition of the parts and frame, remove the parts and prepare a 50 page technical report on the work performed. Gotta pay the rent ya know.
