umd has the Contour HD as well. Do you have a pic of how you mounted it? That would be a funny angle for him to try. He usually mounts it below his stem. Or below his saddle when he's filming runners.
It was under the top tube near the seat tube using the water proof case (has a normal camera mount bolt hole on the bottom) and a velcro strap mount thing from ebay.
