are those saddles comfortable? I know several members run them on italian bikes but they look like ass hatchets to me.
As for the bars and whatnot, I agree that saddle and bars and hoods should match, so in your case i suppose that would be black.
My favorite tape for any bike I plan to ride lots (which is most of my bikes) is leather, for what it's worth.
