Me?
I did less than I'd hoped and more than I deserve.
I did rather less than required to turn me into a skinny rake of a bloke but more than enough to keep me healthy.
I did more than my future brother in law (who thinks a ride less than my normal commute is good going) but a lot less than some/most of you.

Let's just say that I managed an elegant sufficiency.
