i get turf toe a lot during the wrestling season, it annoys the **** out of me, but somehow i am able to forget about it when i get on the bike. maybe ice it right before and take a light pain killer and just try to ride the trainer. im sorry, i dont no how painful the gout it is, but im assuming its worst than turf toe.
I've had both. Yes, gout is much worse. During an attack, can't even let
air touch the toe/foot or it hurts.
