If I'm not eating enough, lifting weights certainly isn't the answer. So how do I know I'm eating enough to feed my muscles? I'm going to start racing this year and am very concerned that I'm not replacing all the calories I'm burning. I did 12x4 cruising intervals Tuesday and am just now starting to recover from them. I just weighed my self and I'm at 158, so I've lost another two pounds. I haven't weighed that since college! Shouldn't I be adding pounds over the holidays?
