Agreed. I have been lifting weights for about 10 yrs now. I'm 5'9" 180. About 14% body fat. Hopefully cycling will help me get down to about 11-12%, but I am happy w/how I look and feel.

You have to gain weight to trim it to muscle. You must eat a lot. But it is possible, and more muscle = more power.
