Ive seen a couple sites where you can download trails, whats the process for that though? Once its DL'd can you just put it on the SD card and Garmin will pick it up and fly with it?

I went to a GPS store in town, and the sales guy told me to save my money, and just go that route too. The TOPO maps wont help.

HOWEVER, one more thing,
If i were to ride the trails at a local park or something, can i have it so it shows up everytime i look at that part of the map on the GPS, the same way any other road shows up?
