alright, i just had two conversations with them via the phone.

#1. they told me that "other products take priority" (note, not orders, products)

#2. they called back and said the parts would ship out tomorrow and they would cover shipping. (they gave me no explanation on why it was now available other than they have two part numbers for the same part) they may make good parts but they appear to be a worthless company.
