The website seems solid and the products are tempting. But the returns policy and $20 shipping costs to Utah is pretty much a deal breaker. No offense, but a no returns policy is nearly unheard of in the retail world and suggests you can't afford the overhead associated with returns - which can mean a few things but ultimately does little for my confidence.

I think I'll wait for Magicshine to fix their battery issue and pull the trigger on a proven product.
