"Normal" is 512 +/- ~12, although I have an old PT at ~450 that works fine. 519 is within spec.

Do a static torque check. If it's close I wouldn't bother sending it in.

The readings were all over the place today. There was a section i know i had to put out at least 270W in order to maintain 22mph, and the ptap read 220W. Grr. What are people's experiences with powertap recalibrating the hub? How long is the turnaround?
