the advantage to an oxy/propane setup is that propane is a lot less scary to most people than acetylene. If I had thought of it before I bought my O/A tanks, I would have looked into the propane tank a lot more seriously. The oxygen tank is no big deal to anyone. You can get a much larger oxygen tank than the one in your link in combination with a standard propane tank for about the same money as that kit. You probably would end up with a better torch too.
