ASC, Without knowing the tubing and group it'd be difficult at best to offer a value on the Legnano. Certainly it'd meet all of your requirements... it'll need hub, headset and BB maintenance/lube, tires/tubes and general tinkering under a tree while sipping beer. It won't be so pristine after the L'Eroica, however. Having built one years ago for my son, I'd have gone with the Olmo. HMMM, you should get both.
