Um. I'm not sure. I left all my tools at school, so I was just dry threading these on to check DS clearance before I got my hopes up about Omniums fitting on my new build. NDS crank arm clearance should be fine if the DS spider clears, right? I've never heard of people having issues with crank arms not clearing a frame...
