While I agree that pretty much everything is better at sunrise, I think that's only when you're up at sunrise by choice. I tend to be up before sunrise far too often to enjoy it much anymore. You've inspired me to get up early one of these weekends (when it warms up, I think) and go for a nice long ride. It'll probably be a really great, peaceful time.
