So, therapy last night was more about balamce and strength. I got to 138*, which I KNOW is well beyond what my doc is happy with. My friend the therapist told me at teh beginning of this, that whatever my good knee can do, I should be able to match with the new knee. What SHE hadn't counted on, was me getting to 144* with that good knee, and my determination to match it. Last night my current therapist actually made me stop, as he was certain I might hurt myself. So I might really be at a limit I can't work through yet, because of the swelling. I can live with that for now. As I have plenty of other things to get moving forward with. Balance work with therapy isn't much fun as I do have a serious inner ear issue. So the strength work is all I need now.

In the pool last night, 8 laps and I was DEAD! Tweenies and teens were all but non-existant. Spent time in the steam room and the jacuzzi. And called it a night.

My therapist and my friend therapist are both VERY pleased with my progress. I am as well. Now its bike time.
