Just thought I would share this with everyone. I had emailed Velo Orange asking to buy a replacement spindle, but as they aren't a part that normally wears out, they do not stock them and had none around. But today, I get an email from a VO employee saying the following:
Dear xxxxx,
You're in luck-- I found a spare 107mm English threaded BB in the shop today - it uses the same spindle as your French BB. I've removed the spindle and I can send it to you today, but you'll want to take it to your favorite bike shop and let them do the swap sealed bearings require some special tools and consideration that cup-and-cone bearings don't.
