Place of Incorporation is Hong Kong. Gemini Industries is also registered in Canada. Key employees: You can always refer to me and Chris Lai who is our founder and representative in Canada. Rest of the employees deal with production, drafting proposals, administration and R & D.
Regarding capitalisation there is a long path to get listed. Honestly I do not believe that this is something to discuss in a public forum.
Regarding UL. We never claimed that we are UL listed. We claim that parts of our light, like battery Cells are UL listed.
