Not for the IGH... for the
belt drive. IGH will work fine with the CC's dropouts. Belt drive requires a split (either at the dropouts or on the frame) to allow the belt to be inserted within the rear triangle, because it lacks a chain's removable link. Either that, or a frame that has no rear triangle like a folder:
