The bolt in the picture looks like a replacement as every OEM bottom bracket cable guide I've seen is fastened with an button head allen bolt. Any suitable M5 bolt short (or cut short) enough not to interfer with the bottom bracket would be fine. As a starting point, the bolts that come with Shimano bb cable guides are M5x0.8 x 10 mm long and have an allen button head.
